Hi! We are Traya. We’ve worked hard to make our Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service) easy to read. We’ve summarised key points of our Terms of Service below, but you must also read the full version that follows.
- Traya provides Traya.qa (together, our Fresha Platform), which allows you to discover and book online with (or purchase Products from) spas, salons, beauticians, trainers and other businesses. You can buy or book Partner Services (including any Products that Partners have for sale) by making an Appointment or an Order through the Traya Platform.
- The Partner Services you can book or buy via Traya are sold by our Partners and not by us. We are only responsible for arranging and concluding your Appointment or Order, and we have been appointed by our Partners to act as their commercial agent to do so.
- If you pay for Partner Services using the Traya Payment Services, we may collect and receive your payment on behalf of the relevant Partner in our capacity as their commercial agent. When we receive your payment, this will discharge your debt to the Partner for the Partner Services.
- The contract for the Partner Services is directly between you and the relevant Partner. We are not responsible for the Partner Services you receive from our Partners. However, we would like to know if you are less than happy with any Partner. You can contact us at contact@traya.qa, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do to help.
- If you make an Appointment or Order, you agree to a Partner Contract (including any Partner Terms of Sale) with the relevant Partner. Traya is not part of this agreement. Please thoroughly check all details and any restrictions relating to an Appointment or Order before confirming it.
- Traya may deactivate your Traya Account if you breach any part of these Terms of Service or our Terms of Use, or if you act in a way that is inappropriate, abusive or otherwise unacceptable towards a Partner or our staff.
- If you would like to reschedule or cancel an Appointment or Order, or return or exchange a Product, first check these Terms of Service and any Partner Contract to see if you are able to do so. If you are, you can do this through:
- submitting a request through the Traya Platform,
- emailing or calling the Partner directly, or
- emailing our support team at contact@traya.qa.
Traya Terms of service – full version
We are Traya, a company incorporated registered in Qatar under company number 11326509, with registered office address in 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“Traya“, “we“, “us” and “our“). Our VAT registration number is GB299758808.
These are Terms of Service and Conditions (“Terms of Service“) between you and Traya for the use of the Traya Platform (as defined below).
These Terms of Service apply to each booking you make through the Traya Platform (as defined below), including our online booking services or ordering any products.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before you use the Traya Appointment Services. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms of Service for future reference.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service from time to time by changing them on this page. Any changes will apply to your next Appointment/Order so please check this page regularly. If you do not agree to any changes, you should not make an Appointment/Order.
Your use of our Site is also subject to our Terms of Use. We describe how we use your personal information in our Privacy Policy.
Key terms
When we use capitalised words or phrases in these Terms of Service, they have the following meanings:
“Appointment” means any appointment booking for one or more services from Traya Platform, including as updated, re-scheduled or cancelled;
“Cancellation Policy” means a policy that is included in the Partner Terms of Sale of an Appointment through the Traya Platform a certain fee for a cancelled Appointment, which may be up to 100% of the value of the Appointment;
“Client” and “you” means you, the user of the Traya Services or the purchaser of any Partner Services;
“Confirmation” means a written confirmation that we provide to you regarding an Appointment or Order, via email, phone number or the Traya Platform;
“Deposit Policy” means a policy that is included in the Partner Terms of Sale whereby a Traya Platform may request that you purchase a deposit money at the time you make such Appointment;
“Traya Account” means an account you create on the Traya Platform, containing information such as your name, Appointment and order history, and contact information;
“Traya Appointment Services” means all appointment booking services, including creating, updating, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, provided through the Traya Platform;
“Traya Payment Services” means the online and in-app payment facility available on the Traya Platform;
“Traya Platform” means, together: (a) the website Traya.qa, accessible through any web browser (our “Site“), (b) our mobile application published on the Apple Store and Google Play Store and downloaded and installed by you on your device (our “App“), and (c) the web interface owned and provided by Traya, which a Partner may embed on their own website or social media channels (the “Traya Widget“);
“Traya Services” means all information, recommendations and/or services provided by Traya to you by means of your use of the Traya Platform, including the Traya Platform, Traya Appointment Services and Traya Payment Services;
“Order” means any orders for products (“Products“) from store on the Traya Platform;
“Partner Contract” means any contract between you and the relevant Partner for their Partner Services which you book through the Traya Platform, including any Partner Terms of Sale (as provided to you prior to confirming your Appointment/Order);
“Partner Credit” means a credit which is purchased via the Traya Services by the Client for the purpose of providing a pre-payment to a Partner in respect of a Partner Service.
“Partner Profile” means a Partner’s webpage(s) on the Traya Platform, which may include information about their Partner Services and, if applicable, their Partner store;
“Partner Services” means any products, goods and/or services of a Partner offered for purchase or booking on the Traya Platform, including fulfilling any Appointment, Voucher or Order;
“Partner Terms of Sale” mean the date, time, price, Partner Services, discount, location, and any other information or terms and conditions (including any Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy, No Show Policy or a return and refunds policy ) provided through the Traya Platform at the time that an Appointment is made by the Client.
“Partner Voucher” means a voucher (with details of a Partner offer and a unique security code) issued by the Partner via the Traya Platform which, when presented to the relevant Partner in physical or electronic form, entitles the voucher holder to receive the Partner offer from the Partner, subject to any Partner Contract.
“Partner” means a selected third-party provider of goods and services, who offers their goods and services for sale on the Traya Platform;
“Pay In-Store Service” means where an Appointment/Order is made on the Traya Platform but payment is made at the Traya’s Salon or Your/Customer/Consumer House (and not made online using the Traya Payment Services);
“Payment Processor” means third-party payment processors supporting Traya with the provision of the Traya Payment Services;
“Promo Codes” means a promotional code issued by Traya which can be used when purchasing Partner Services, always subject to the relevant promotion terms.
Our services
Traya offers a range of beauty and wellness services directly to you, including Nail Service, Hair Service, Massage Therapy, and Waxing. Our platform allows you to easily book appointments for these services and manage your schedule.
By using Traya’s services, you enter into a contract with Traya under these Terms of Service. Traya is a direct provider of the services listed, ensuring that you receive the highest quality care and attention.
When you book and pay for an appointment on the Traya platform, you are engaging directly with us. Your payment goes directly to Traya, and this completes your transaction for the service you have selected. This streamlined process ensures clarity and simplicity, as there are no intermediaries or third-party providers involved.
Traya is committed to delivering exceptional beauty and wellness services, and our terms and conditions are designed to support this commitment. We continuously strive to enhance your experience and satisfaction with our services.
Our Partners’ services
While Traya primarily provides Nail Service, Hair Service, Massage Therapy, and Waxing directly, we also collaborate with selected partners to enhance our service offerings.
If you use the Traya platform to book any Partner Services or order Products from our partners, you will enter into a Partner Contract with the relevant partner, which includes any Partner Terms of Sale.
The provision of Partner Services and the fulfillment of any Appointment or Order by our partners are subject to the terms of the Partner Contract. Traya is not a party to the Partner Contract you have with the partner. However, we facilitate the connection and ensure a seamless booking experience through our platform.
Our Partner’s responsibilities
Our partners are required to provide Partner Services as outlined in the relevant Partner Contract, including any Partner Terms of Sale.
We require our partners to ensure that all information they provide for the Traya platform is accurate, complete, and not misleading in any way. However, we cannot independently verify the information provided by our partners. It is each partner’s responsibility to ensure that all of its Partner Services listed on the Traya platform are available and accurately described. The descriptions and/or images of the Partner Services on the Traya platform are for illustrative purposes only, and actual Partner Services may vary from those descriptions and/or images.
Your rights
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not performed with reasonable care and skill or are otherwise not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or trading standards office. Nothing in these Terms of Service will affect these legal rights.
Using the Traya Platform
To make any Appointment or Order through the Traya platform, you can either check out as a guest or create a Traya Account by signing up with Traya. This process involves providing certain information, including your name, mobile telephone number, payment information, and any password you set.
Providing accurate information
You must provide accurate and complete information to Traya and keep this information up to date through the Traya platform. Traya may verify the information that you provide and may refuse use of the Traya services or Traya platform without providing reasons.
Using Traya Responsibly
To make the most of your use of Traya, you can:
- Contact Partners Directly: Each Partner Profile includes their contact information, so you can easily get in touch with them. You can also contact our support team at contact@traya.qa.
- Read the Partner Contract: Our partners may add specific terms (for example, about deposits, cancellations, refunds, returns, taxes, or extra duties). Look for links to any specific Partner Contract terms and read these carefully.
- Check Out Safely: Our Traya Payment Services are set up to protect your online payment experience. Look for the ‘S’ at the beginning of the checkout link (as in https://) to ensure it is secure.
- Research Independently: Check out reviews (for example, on Google or other trusted review sites) as well as the reviews on Traya to see what other people thought of a Traya’s products or services.
Providing any health or other relevant information
It is your sole responsibility, or the responsibility of the person receiving the Traya services, to communicate any medical or health-related conditions and/or special needs to us in advance that might affect or be affected by any of our services (for example, allergy information and health matters). This includes ensuring, before purchasing any service, that it is suitable for you and requesting further information from us if required.
If you fail to disclose any such information to us, or fail to check the suitability of a service, neither Traya nor our partners shall be liable to you for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the services that could reasonably have been avoided if you had disclosed or checked that information prior to receiving the services.
Service communications
In connection with your use of Traya services, we may send you electronic service messages. These messages may be sent for various reasons, including for security purposes (e.g., verifying your contact details) and for issues related to an appointment or order you have made (e.g., updates on your appointment status or changes in availability of a service).
By using Traya services, you agree to receive automated messages from us and our partners at the contact details provided during registration. These messages may include promotional content as well as information about your account and appointments. Your agreement to receive such automated messages is not a condition of using the service. You have the option to manage your communication preferences within your personal profile settings.

How to make an appointment / order
At Traya Beauty Salon, there are several convenient ways for you to schedule an appointment or place an order.
- Online Booking: You can use Traya’s website or app to select the services you desire and make an appointment/order directly through our platform. You have the opportunity to review and correct any errors before finalizing your appointment/order. Prior to your confirmation, we will provide you with any relevant Terms of Sale (including policies regarding deposits, cancellations, or no-shows).
- Direct Booking: Alternatively, you can make an appointment or place an order directly at Traya Beauty Salon. Simply visit our establishment during operating hours to schedule your service.
- Phone or Social Media: You also have the option to contact us via phone or our official social media channels to arrange your appointment or order.
Once you’ve made your appointment/order, we, acting as the commercial agent of the salon, will transmit your request to us. The contract with the salon will be established once we send you a confirmation. Please note that all services offered at Traya Beauty Salon are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to accept or reject each appointment/order on behalf of the salon.
Your confirmation, which serves as your receipt from Traya, will be sent to you via email or SMS to the contact information provided in your Traya account. If you require a tax receipt, please contact us directly.
When you schedule an appointment, ensure to arrive at Traya Beauty Salon at the designated time indicated.
Vouchers Issued by Traya
Traya may issue vouchers that can be used for our services, or we may offer vouchers for purchase to be used against our services at a later time. The availability and terms of these vouchers are determined by Traya.
If you purchase a voucher from Traya, it is subject to any terms of sale provided to you at the time of purchase. The provision and redemption of vouchers by Traya are governed by our terms of service. Traya is responsible for these vouchers. Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms, offers can be withdrawn at any time, unless you have already placed an order for a service based on the offer and we have sent a confirmation notice.
Promo Codes issued by Traya
Traya may issue Promo Codes, which can be used when purchasing our services. The availability and terms of these Promo Codes are determined by Traya and may be withdrawn at any time, including if they are used fraudulently, cause technical issues, or are subject to tampering.
If Promo Codes are designated as personal to you, you must not share them with any third party. If Promo Codes are made publicly available, you may share them with any third party. If, in the reasonable opinion of Traya, it is determined that a Promo Code has been shared or misused by you, Traya reserves the right to cancel such Promo Codes.

Payment for Traya’s Services
Pricing at Traya Beauty Salon
Prices for all appointments and services booked at Traya Beauty Salon are transparent and straightforward. The cost, including any applicable delivery or processing fees, will be clearly stated on our platform.
Adjustments for Additional Services
The final price of your appointment may vary if you opt for additional goods or services during your visit to Traya Beauty Salon. Any such adjustments will be made with full transparency to ensure you are fully informed of the total cost.
Discounts and Offers
At Traya Beauty Salon, we occasionally provide discounts and special offers to our valued clients. These discounts will be applied to the final bill, ensuring you benefit from the best possible value for our services.
Tips
If you feel inclined to show appreciation for the beauty salon staff at Traya Beauty Salon, you may leave a tip. This option will be available to you through our platform following your appointment. Tipping is entirely voluntary and discretionary. When you choose to tip, Traya Beauty Salon will facilitate the transaction as the intermediary, ensuring the tip is received directly by your beauty salon staff.
Making Payments for Traya Services
By using Traya’s services, you agree to provide Traya with a valid method of payment and to pay for all services you purchase directly from Traya. You have the option to pay for appointments and orders either via Traya’s online payment services, at the salon (Pay In-Store), or through home service appointments.
If you choose to use Traya’s online payment services, Traya will charge you on behalf of itself (as its commercial agent) for the total amount of your appointment/order, including any applicable taxes and additional fees.
Alternatively, you may choose to select certain appointments/orders as Pay In-Store services. This means you can make an appointment/order without using Traya’s online payment services and instead pay Traya directly for the services with cash, credit card, or another accepted payment instrument at the salon. Traya may also have the option to charge the payment method saved to your Traya account at checkout for Pay In-Store services. This option will only be available for services enabled for Pay In-Store and may vary among different service providers.
Additionally, for home service appointments, payment arrangements will be made directly with Traya, and payment can be made using cash, credit card, or another accepted payment method at the time of service delivery.
Payment processor
Traya utilizes a third-party payment processor (referred to as the “Payment Processor”) to connect the payment card you provide with the Traya Platform. Your usage of the payment processing services within the Traya Platform is governed by the privacy policies, terms and conditions, and other relevant terms of our Payment Processor, as well as those of your credit card issuer, in addition to these Terms of Service.
While Traya endeavors to ensure the availability and functionality of the payment processing services at all times, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to these services. Moreover, we cannot assure that the payment processing facility will be free from viruses or errors.
Traya bears no responsibility for any errors or issues arising from the Payment Processor. Periodically, access to the payment processing services may be limited to facilitate repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new features. We will strive to provide reasonable advance notice of any scheduled interruptions and will make every effort to restore the facility promptly.
Tax
Traya assumes sole responsibility for any indirect taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, GST, or service tax) applicable to the total value of an Appointment/Order, including any adjustments for additional goods or services sold or discounts applied, where applicable.
Apart from VAT or other relevant sales taxes already included in the price displayed on the Traya Platform, Traya does not impose taxes on Orders, as the services are provided directly by Traya to the customers, without any involvement of partners or third parties. When ordering through the Traya Platform, we will furnish a tax invoice via the Traya Platform. Should you place an order directly through Traya, we will provide a tax invoice upon request.
We apply taxes to all Products in an Order and apply the highest applicable Product tax for shipping, where applicable (i.e., if Products within an Order have differing tax rates, the highest tax rate will be applied to all Products in that Order).
