Redeem Gifts

✦ For discount vouchers, you can redeem a random number of points from 200 points to 2000 points, corresponding to discount values ranging from 5% to 50%

✦ For rewards from Traya Beauty Salon’s partners, please contact us via WhatsApp or any of Traya Beauty Salon’s social media channels to proceed with gift redemption.

✦ Earn 50 points when you create a new account and log in to the Traya Beauty Salon website
✦ Earn 50 points on your birthday
✦ Earn 5 points when you leave a review on the service details page after booking and completing payment

Points Policy

✦ Points will be credited immediately to your account if you book through the Traya Beauty Salon website. For services used directly at the salon, points will be added after 24 hours

✦ Points will be removed if the appointment is canceled.No points will be earned for the discounted portion of the order
(For example, if an order is worth 50 QR with a 10 QR discount, points will only be calculated for the remaining 40 QR)

✦ Points will expire if you do not use any services at Traya Beauty Salon for 90 days
