Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Traya Beauty Salon
At Traya Beauty Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly request that you respect the following policies:

Appointment Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via phone, WhatsApp.
Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients

Advance Bookings & Walk-ins

We encourage clients to book their appointments in advance to secure their preferred time.
Walk-in clients are welcome but will only be accepted if staff are available at the salon.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Same-day cancellations or repeated cancellations inconvenience both our team and other clients.
If a home service team has already arrived in your area and you cancel last minute, a fee of 100 QAR will be applied and sent via online payment link.

No-Show / Late Arrivals

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be marked as a “No-Show.”
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without informing us may result in reduced service time or cancellation.

Repeated Cancellations

Clients with 2 or more cancellations/no-shows on record may not be allowed to book future appointments.

Right to Refuse Service

For the comfort and fairness of all clients, the salon reserves the right to decline bookings if these policies are not respected.
