✦ Earn 30 points when you create a new account and log in to the Traya Beauty Salon website
✦ Earn 30 points on your birthday
✦ Earn 5 points when you leave a review on the service details page after booking and completing payment
Points Policy
✦ Points will be credited immediately to your account if you book through the Traya Beauty Salon website. For services used directly at the salon, points will be added after 24 hours.
✦ Points will be removed if the appointment is canceled.No points will be earned for the discounted portion of the order.
(For example, if an order is worth 50 QR with a 10 QR discount, points will only be calculated for the remaining 40 QR)
✦ Your membership level is based on your current points balance.
If you use points to redeem rewards, your available points will decrease.
If your points fall below the required level, you may lose your current membership status and its benefits.(For example, if Gold membership requires 2000 points, and you redeem points and your balance drops below 2000, you will move to a lower level)
